Shipping

How Long Will Delivery Take?

We use Australia Post or dedicated courier service, so you can expect delivery 3-5 business days after you place your order.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

Yes, we do. We will calculate the shipping cost at the checkout. Please contact us if you have questions. We look forward to sharing the Barossa with the world.

HOW WILL MY ITEM BE PACKED?

We aim to utilise an eco-sustainable packaging option where possible.  We’ll protect your goods in transit with non-plastic protective wrapping, recyclable boxes and mailer bags.

Returns and exchanges

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We really hope you love your purchase from Makers & Merchants Barossa. But we understand that you need to know what happens if your goods aren’t quite right.

Please start by contacting us hello@makersandmerchants.com.au.

We don’t offer returns or refunds if you’ve changed your mind. Please choose your items carefully and read the product descriptions. We’ve asked our makers to provide loads of detail, but if you have any questions, send us an email and we’ll get the answers for you.

If you do need to return something, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. Several types of goods (including food, alcohol and jewellery) are exempt from our returns policy so please contact us first.

To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days
  • Items must be unused and in original condition with all tags and labels attached and in original packaging

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll send you an email let you know whether we’ve approved your refund.

Once we approve your refund, we’ll process it and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Faulty Items

We are unable to offer refunds unless an item is faulty. If you believe you item is faulty, email us together with images of the item. We may need you to return the item before we make a decision before we approve your refund. In this case, we’ll refund your postage costs.

Sale Items

All sale and clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please choose carefully.

HOW DO I SEND GOODS BACK?

To return your product, mail it to: 117A Murray St, Tanunda SA 5352 Australia.

You’ll be responsible the shipping costs to return your item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Credit card payments via Stripe payment gateway. In the future we hope to have other options such as ZipPay and AfterPay. We’ll keep you posted.

CAN I SEND MY ORDER AS A GIFT?

Yes. Please add the free gift wrapping option to your order. You can also buy a card which we’ll write on for you. Just include your message in the notes section when you check out.

DO YOU PROVIDE GIFT WRAPPING?

We sure do. Just add the free gift wrapping option to your order. And if you want to buy a card, we can even write a personal message for you.

CAN I BUY A GIFT VOUCHER?

Yes. Just select gift voucher from the product list, and buy a card which we can write on for you. Please provide the shipping and email details for the recipient. You can include you details in the billing section.
